Rouxbe (pronounced roo-bee) is an online cooking school that teaches basic to advanced cooking skills and techniques. There are lots of cooking video lessons with clear-cut instructions. They offer a great deal of good information for free, but you can buy a membership that promises more information than you will get with free access. I’ve never done this, so I can’t speak to it, but check it out for yourself, and see what you think.
