Desk Yoga for Neck and Shoulder Tension

I will register for my next yoga class in a few hours. And none too soon! We’ve had a long break over the holidays – too long. Here’s a treat for you, a little desk yoga video, via LifeHacker. Ever get a little stiff sitting at your desk? Try this and loosen up.
