The Couple
We had a great time with a great couple last night, Chris and Bek. No pictures. Can you believe it? I didn’t take my camera. This is a photo of them when they got engaged.
It was a birthday party for Chris and a surprise at that. There were balloons and everything. I think he really enjoyed it. It was a perfect evening – sitting around on the deck with a slight breeze. I do believe the “stifling” part of the summer heat has left us till next year. Fall isn’t here yet, but you can feel it in the offing… it’s coming this way. Can’t wait.
Herman and I are looking forward to more gatherings at this house. It’s a house filled with laughter and good times. Thanks guys and happy birthday, Chris.
