Nothing In Particular

Rain one day, sun the next, rain the next.

Do you see a pattern here? We’ve had so much rain this fall. I don’t mind it, but Herm is sick of it.

It rained 42 days in a row the winter of my son’s birth. I remember it well because I was at home with a baby and no car.

Today is our sunny day. It’s beautiful out there.

Of course, if today is sunny, that means it rained all day yesterday. Herm didn’t have to work, and we met our best friend for lunch at Olive Garden. We all ordered the same thing: soup, salad, and bread sticks. It was the perfect lunch for a cold and rainy day.

I’m going to try to clean out a few drawers in this office and hide the clutter that’s been all over the desk for weeks. I keep procrastinating. Today’s the day. Yep!
